Optifast VLCD, the safest and most effective away to control your calorie intake. Personally, I find this the Holy Grail of all weight management diets. The easiest and tastiest by far. And, it’s used by hospitals all around the world for bariatric patients too. That’s enough assurance for me. Though it is obtainable only by prescription in Singapore and is controlled by a few hospitals and aesthetic clinics in a near monopolistic fashion, I found out by chance that it is OTC in Australia and NZ. What’s more, they offer Optifast at a fraction of the cost but with double the variety of flavours. Since the boxes are too bulky, I unboxed them and am letting them go per sachet.
