Serums for thinning hair

A head of impossibly glossy, jet-black hair, its individual shafts so brilliant that the sunlight bounces off its lustrous sheen. It glistens, it cascades down to your waist, it practically bounces with movement as you take each step.
Fact or fiction? That was in fact the kind of hair I used to have before I started flying. Back then, I relied on just brushing my hair with boar bristles, and washing it with my favorite Kerastase Nutritive No. 1 orange tubes of shampoo and conditioner. Now, after all the gunk I put in my hair and hours of trapping my hair in a stupidly tight bun, my crowning glory is gone. It’s now more like dehydrated hay on a head. My colleagues tell me that hair and scalp serums are important, and these are some that they recommend. (Click here)
1) Phytocyane Densifying treatment serum
2) Schwarzkopf BC hairtherapy amino cell rebuild
3) SP by Wella Energy Serum Number 3

I’m determined to restore my locks to its former glory, even half of it if it’s possible. Join me on my journey of turning damaged hair into enviable tresses, without the aid of money-wasting expensive salon treatments.

Swiss herbal haircare

My doctor from Shenton Medical Group was trying to sell me Rausch but I knew better than to buy their hyper-inflated goods. So off I went in search of Rausch from its country of origin, Switzerland. It’s much cheaper there, obviously. I only bought two of each shampoo and conditioner mentioned on this site; I plan to use one and sell one.
The Swiss and their natural beauty have convinced me to give this brand a shot. And I’m not regretting it!

Optifast never tasted better!

Guess what? While aimlessly browsing through products in an Auckland pharmacy while waiting for my best friend, I FOUND OPTIFAST. And at a fraction of the cost it’s sold at in Singapore. What’s more, they offered interesting flavours like Banana, Coffee and Caramel! I bought a box each of these strange flavours with some trepidation, since I’ve tasted too many artificially flavoured icky shakes. But Optifast certainly lives up to its reputation and is worth every cent. The Coffee-flavoured shake tastes simply divine, and is my new personal favourite. To think that I thought Chocolate was the best flavour they had.
